Money, Passports, etc.

I hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying the weather! Thank you to everyone who helped with the Car Wash!! It was a huge success!! We raised a lot of money from this, but we are still behind. We have planned a lot of great stuff for this trip, but all of it requires money, so we need to remind everyone that, ALL MONEY IS DUE WEDNESDAY! This is the deadline for the final payment!! This is extremely important. Some of you have all of your money in, and we are very thankful for that, and we ask that you continue to pray for those of us who dont have all of it in. For those of you who dont have it in, we REALLY need your money this week or you may not be able to go.God is faithful and he will provide! We need to hear from everyone who doesnt have their money in by this week! Please talk to Donna, Sam, or Summer about your plan of action!! This is not an option!

We handed out luggage tags at the meeting on Sunday. One of them needs to go on the suitcase you turn in for us to pack, and the other on your personal suitcase. We also handed out the stickers for your passport. We will be keeping your passport for you while in Honduras, so when we need to hand the passports out, the stickers will make this process much smoother! So if you werent able to attend this meeting, make sure you get these items from us! We also need copies of your passports! If you dont have you passport please let us know! *If you dont get a passport you cant go on this trip!!!*

Here are the luggage requirements for this trip:

Checked luggage- 62 linear inches, and 50lbs MAX!!
Carry-on items- 51 linear inches and 40lbs MAX!
* Your carry-on items should include your personal item which should be a backpack.

Also, just a reminder about clothing for this trip. We need to be modest on this trip, we are representing Jesus, and we need to do that well. So NO tank tops, and your shorts must be to your knees. You also must wear tennis shoes, sandals cant be worn during the day. Although you can wear them while we are at the mission house in the evenings.

We are also starting to prepare for our Yard Sale on May 12th, so if you have items to donate, please bring them to the church ASAP! We hope everyone is planning to attend this event!

We are all getting very excited for this trip! The planning team is so excited that each of you is a part of this! God has big plans for our trip! Please continue to pray for the funds, passports, and a successful yard sale! And please pray over everyone going on the trip, and for the trip itself. It will be here before we know it!

Hello Everyone!

We have lots of things going on right now that we want you guys to be a part of if you can.

• First of all, we have a dinner on Wednesday evening that starts at 5:30 and your help would be greatly appreciated!! After the dinner we will be meeting as a team to pray at 6:45 and we would really like everyone to come and be a part of this.
• We would also like to start collecting suit cases to start filling them with items to take down to Honduras with us, so please get those to us as soon as you can.
• We are collecting items to fill these suit cases with so if you have anything{clothes, toys, shoes, etc} you could also get those items to us soon.
• We are having a Car Wash on April 28th in the Walmart parking lot, we need lots of helpers for this, so if you could come it would be great! Please pray that we have good weather for that day also, and that we wash lots of cars!! Dont forget to start getting your sponsors for this event too! :)
• Our next team meeting is April 29th, which is a Sunday. We will meet after morning services, and we really need everyone to attend, so please plan to come!

Our trip is getting close and we're getting excited!! I hope all of you are getting excited as well! We will have lots more announcements as the trip gets closer and closer!
